2. About our organization
His Loving Arms Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Sweeny, Texas. His Loving Arms Ministries is a 508(c)(1)(a) church ministry. His Loving Arms Community Pantry is our food and goods program. All three operate under the His Loving Arms™ DBA.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm others, disrupt the Site, or misrepresent your identity.
4. Services & programs
Counseling, outreach, food assistance, and community programs are provided free of charge and on a voluntary basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
5. Appointments & scheduling
Appointment requests are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team.
6. Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. Receipts will be provided for tax purposes where applicable.
7. Content & intellectual property
Site content is the property of His Loving Arms Foundation unless otherwise stated. You may share it for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
This Site is provided “as is.” Pastoral counseling is spiritual in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, His Loving Arms Foundation shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of this Site or our services.
